Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Please note international shipping times vary and customs fees may apply (we can’t control that part, sis).

All of our items are made and shipped from the USA using trusted print partners. That means your order is crafted with care and shipped quickly — no long overseas waits.
We use high-quality materials for soft, long-lasting wear and smooth candle vibes. If it’s not something we’d wear or burn ourselves, it doesn’t get listed. Period.

Do you accept returns?
Because each item is printed just for you, we don't accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Unfortunately, we can't offer size or color exchanges. Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering. Need help? Email us!
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us at hello@bestillliving.store within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll get it sorted, no stress.
